Process Executive

POSITION TITLE (ENGLISH): Process Executive

REPORTING TO: Team Leader

WORKING LOCATION: Bangalore

NUMBER OF FTEs UNDER RESPONSIBILITY: 0

SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES:

• Support GSC office with Audit and Legal tasks.
• Ability to work on multiple transactional processes.
• Support multiple processes with high quality output.
• Maintain and improve key performance measures.
• Proactively manage customer issues related to the support requirement

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Total experience of 0-3 years.
• Experience in transactional processing or Auditing preferred.
• Should have good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
• Should have passion to continuously learn and grow.
• Basic knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication.
