Job Description
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization. This position requires a deeper understanding of the recruitment process, as well as experience in strategic hiring practices. You will work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to fulfil the organization s staffing needs with top-tier talent.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand talent needs and job requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels, including networking, job boards, social media, and recruitment events.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, culture fit, and alignment with the company s values.
- Advise and influence hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarking, and best practices in recruitment.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.
- Manage candidate experience by providing timely feedback, maintaining communication, and ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Drive employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a mentor or coach to junior recruiters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations in the hiring process.
