Lead the end-to-end development of our omnichannel communication platform, from architecture design to deployment and maintenance.
Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant Voice solutions using Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, and Kamailio, ensuring high performance and reliability across all dialing methologies such as Predictive, Progressive.
Troubleshoot networking and telephony issues using tools like Wireshark and implement effective solutions.
Integrate and optimize queuing mechanisms (e.g., RabbitMQ) and TTS/ASR engines (e.g., Azure, Amazon Polly, Google) for enhanced platform functionality.
Implement Kamailio for scaling SIP call distribution across multiple servers.
Develop and integrate WebRTC solutions for real-time communication across web and mobile platforms.
Implement scalable and secure solutions to enable seamless communication across multiple channels (e.g., web, mobile, email, SMS, social media).
CRM integration experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk, Freshworks, etc.
Capability to build the product from scratch with a strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong knowledge of database technologies (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PHP, Perl, Java).
Expertise in SIP trunking, PRI integrations, and designing complex IVR solutions.
Strong Linux skills including shell scripting and core commands.
Design the structure for voice infrastructure and responsible for voice infrastructure management.
Experience with Business Telephony Services (On-Premise or SaaS).
Deep understanding and experience with VoIP CODECs (G.711, G.729, G.722, OPUS), technologies (WebRTC, H.323, SIP), and network analyzers.
Strong understanding and experience with Network Infrastructure (Firewalls, Routers, Switches Wireless), WAN Technologies (MPLS, SD-WAN), and Data Center Technologies (Public Private Clouds).
Familiarity with software components involved in enterprise service delivery (web servers, application servers, databases, web services, mainframes, network-attached storage, and related technologies).
Requirements Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on experience in designing Omnichannel communication platforms, with specific expertise in Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, and related technologies.
Proficiency in troubleshooting networking and telephony issues using Wireshark or similar tools.
