Vice President - Marketing - Chemical Industry (18-26 yrs)

Qualification: Post graduate degree in chemistry or a degree in chemical Engineering along with an MBA from a reputed university.

Experience: At least 20 years of experience in marketing, of which at least 5 years as head of marketing for a large company in chemical industry.

The person should be a strategic thinker and must have a proven track record of success in business development, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships within the Inks, coatings, or packaging industry. Should have a very good understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends in chemical industry.

Job Role:

- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve business goals and expand market share.

- Lead market research initiatives to gain insight on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to model business and products.

Lead generation and create new business opportunities.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients across industries and markets.

Talent development

- Build, Lead, and drive a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of business targets and objectives

Networking and relations building within the industry and all stake holders.

- Build connections with industry leaders, potential clients, and strategic partners to create new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends and improve the company positioning and building rapport as a key influencer in the industry.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders within the organization including but not limited to sales, marketing, R&D, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives alignment with company objectives.
