Senior Manager - Warranty Quality

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warranty Management:

• Oversee the warranty claims process, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
• Analyze warranty data to identify trends, common issues, and areas for improvement.

2. Quality Improvement:

• Lead cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues that result in warranty claims.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address recurring problems..

3. Customer Feedback and Satisfaction:

• Monitor customer feedback related to warranty issues and work to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce warranty-related complaints and improve the overall customer experience.

4. Cost Management:

• Analyze warranty costs and develop strategies to reduce expenses associated with warranty claims.
• Work with suppliers to address quality issues related to parts and components, negotiating for cost recovery when necessary.

Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Quality Engineering.• 5+ years of experience in warranty management or quality assurance, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and tools, such as Six Sigma, Lean, and FMEA.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
