Senior Manager - Marketing - Healthcare (15-23 yrs)

- Conception, development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts and promotional programmes to drive sales boost brand image.

- Create reports on all areas of the marketing strategies and its implementation.

- Manage and coordinate with creative agencies and other partners.

- Oversee all the social media platforms for planning and execution.

- Lead the development of all marketing plans by conducting strategic marketing analysis regularly.

- Ensure that all current marketing and copyright regulations comply with accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation.

- Prepare quarterly & annual hiring plans and marketing budgets for the team.

- Regularly share strategies, progress, results, learnings, and relevant industry trends, with the management.

- Promote and impart strong and inspirational leadership skills to the entire team by demonstrating the companys values.

- Work to ensure the company marketing goals are communicated across relevant team/ business functions.

- Ensure that our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing platforms (videos, events, digital campaigns, websites and promotional materials).

- Set, monitor, follow-up and report on team goals.

- Participate in a performance appraisal process conducted for the department.

- Monitor the campaign for leads and its conversion rate.

- Undertake training programs for the team members to boost productivity.

- Monitor and ensure the back-up process of all marketing creatives and content.
