Opening with ETP International For Java - Team Lead - Pune & Mumbai

We are hiring a Java Team Lead for ETP International in Pune.

Total experience : 8 -13 years

Location : Pune (Baner)

Primary Skills

Team handling, technical knowledge on Core Java, Advance Java (EJB, Servlet), Web services, Wing, Spring, MS SQL Server 2008/2012, Stored procedure, Web Services Secondary Skills - Core Java (Servlet, JSP)

Experience 7 + years

Job Profile

• Must have handled team of 4 + members as their direct reporting
• Responsible for managing team, their work allocation, utilization and outcome.
• Responsible for adherence of the development methodologies and processes.
• Should be proficient on working with technologies like: CORE Java, J2EE, SQL2012, XSLT, XML, EJB2.0, Web services, JSP, Swing.
• Should be able to write & if require optimize complex SQL queries. Hands-on exposure of SQL is must.
• Must have developed Web Services and Stored Procedures
• Must have worked on Client / Server or Desktop based application using Webservices/ AWT or other tools
• Documentation (Technical specifications/Customer Manual /HLD /LLD/Interface documents,etc.) as per policy.
• Review completed tasks to ascertain compliance with standards.
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
• Oversee day-today work allocation of all team members and provide necessary advice and

guidance.

• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Coach all team members and motivate them to produce desired results.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching, organize trainings for the team members on new techniques and methods.
• Keep up with trends in the constantly evolving information technology industry.
• Perform regular audits to discover areas of weaknesses and fortify them.
• Responsible for quality of the development and delivery.
• Plan Sprint reviews with End Customers for the developed solution.
• Provide inputs to managers for forecasting and planning of the work for team utilization.
• Ensure timely completion of development activity
• Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
• Suggest and organize team building activities.
• Have a valid passport.
• Other duties as assigned
