ETP Executive

Roles and Responsibility:

1) First of all at shift staring time take proper charge of previous shift and also verify charge instruction in the plant location and Ensure present of Aquas man power in shift.

2) Proper communicate with productions shift in charge for effluent receiving in ETP, ensure receiving effluent parameter as per ETP design and if any abnormality found then immediate stop the effluent and also inform to production’s shift in charge verbally and by mail.

3) Ensure and maintain smooth operation of stage wise ETP plant, RO plant and MBR.

4) Have proper knowledge of all section feeding effluent characteristic .(pH, TOC,COD)

5) Monitoring of all pH, TOC, TDS and COD results of stage wise plant as per define schedule and take appropriate action if any abnormality found.

6) Verify and ensure final discharge effluent parameter as per GPCB norms if any violence then immediate stop discharge and take appropriate actions.

7) Check online data shaksham site in every shift (ensure data which transferring of GPCB cloud, software activeness) if any abnormality found immediate inform to ETP-Executive.

8) Ensure and check proper operation of TOC machine. Maintain proper cleanness and maintain require TOC chemicals.

9) Prepare proper effluent quantity balance of effluent receiving and effluent feeding in shift,

Also find out proper justification/root cause of low feeding in shift.

10) Prepare shift report.

11) Ensure preparation of proper chemical dosing require in plant.

12) Ensure proper operation of filter press, decender.

13) Ensure and monitoring activity like sludge draining of all clarifier, Fenton treatment, carbon treatment, backwash of ACF/DMF, parameters of intermediate tank’s effluent, scrap transferring from plant, management of sludge bags, maintain housekeeping in sludge yard and scrap yard.

14) Prepare all work permeate for any maintenance and attend that work on very urgent basis.

15) Cleaning all tanks as per schedule and plan to cleaning routine clarifier to avoid any major breakdown.

16) Take lab trials to minimize chemical consumption and improvement to power consumption in plant.

17) Implement 5s in entire plant.

18) Report ten safety observation in every month.

19) Report one suggestion for improvement of plant in every month.

20) Compliance all GPCB norms in shift :

• Ensure final discharge effluent parameter.
• Maintain clean and dry of all unit’s storm drain.
• Maintain and develop green belt area of plant.
• Avoid spillage in ETP are and if any spillage found due to leakages immediate attend the leakage and clean the area.
• Do not use any flexible hosepipe in ETP area.
• Do not discharge of final effluent more than 1300kl/day.(if RO plant running then 1470kl/day)
