Job Title: Oracle R12 Functional EAM Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle R12 Functional EAM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and related modules within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EAM solutions, working closely with business users and technical teams to deliver optimal asset management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Configuration:

• Configure Oracle EAM module to meet business requirements.

• Assist in the implementation and upgrade of Oracle EBS R12 with a focus on EAM.

• Define functional requirements and translate them into system specifications.

• Conduct system setups, testing, and validation of Oracle EAM solutions.

2. Business Process Analysis:

• Work with stakeholders to analyze and understand their asset management processes.

• Recommend best practices and process improvements based on Oracle EAM capabilities.

3. Support and Maintenance:

• Provide functional support for Oracle EAM and related modules.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with technical teams.

• Ensure system stability and performance through proactive maintenance.

4. Documentation and Training:

• Develop functional documentation, including user guides and training materials.

• Provide training to end-users and super-users on Oracle EAM functionalities.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, interfaces, and reports.

• Integrate Oracle EAM with other Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Inventory, Purchasing, HRMS).

Qualifications:

1. Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle EAM.

2. Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle EAM integrations and reporting tools.

• Industry experience in asset-intensive environments such as manufacturing, utilities, or oil and gas.

Location : offshore (mostly remote)
