ETMoney - Sales Role - Insurance (2-6 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities :

-You will have complete ownership of every ET Money user that our data scientists identify who is most likely to purchase an insurance plan. The data sciences team will also let us know what the prospect's motivation will be in purchasing an insurance plan.

- You shall be responsible to convert them from "Oh, I didn't know if I needed insurance" to "I'm glad I spoke to you and thank you for helping me buy this insurance plan".

- Every time you help a user buys a policy, you help ET Money not only increase its market share & revenue but you ensure the person who buys a policy from us also tells 5 of his/her friends about our app and its wonderful Insurance Specialist who helped with the purchase of the plan.

Skill Set Required :

Should have 1+yrs of experience.

Positive attitude -There will be days when things are not working for you. We are perfectly fine with you having a few bad days as long as you always stay positive and leap forward to help the next customer who seeks your assistance.

Excellent Spoken English - You should be a charm to talk, be precise, measure your words and can capture the attention of your user like a Radio Jockey.

Excellent Written English - You love to write in a simple language and explain heavy concepts in a conversational language.

Prepared to learn -. This might be something as simple as - how to write better (I hope you liked the conversational style of this job description), how to talk better, how to explain complex things in a simple manner, how to handle stress, how to find solutions to problems, how technology can improve processes etc.
