Key Responsibilities :

Outbound Calls : Initiate calls to potential clients to promote and sell insurance and loan products.

Sales Targets : Meet individual and team sales goals.

Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the latest insurance and loan products.

Customer Service : Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues.

Record Keeping : Keep accurate records of customer interactions.

Compliance : Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during the sales process.

Skills and Experience :

Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience of 1+ years in sales, preferably in insurance or financial products.
