Job Description
Customer Service is one of the key functions at ET Money. It's one function where we directly interact with users, get insights and play a pivotal role in long-lasting relationships. Empathy and speed are two keys levers that help us manage the flow and create a positive experience for users.
Role & Responsibilities :
- You will have the responsibility of taking complete ownership in sorting out the queries of the prospective /existing investors so that he/she can invest /continue to be on our platform with no doubts/queries left in his/her mind.
- You will play a key role in shaping the perception of customers about ET Money and help them invest in our platform.
Skill Set Required :
- You must have effective written and oral communication skills.
- You must have strong knowledge of MF products.
- You need to have good coordination skills and the ability to work with different teams.
- You must have 2+ years of experience in MF industry.
-You must be NISM certified.
