Hiring For Gainsight Admin - US Shift

Role & responsibilities :

• 2-3+ years of Gainsight Administration experience
• Knowledgeable with Connectors, Rules Engine, External Actions, Events, Success Plans, Playbooks, and Reports/Dashboards
• Knowledgeable with integration with SFDC
• Basic understanding of BigQuery and ability to build SQL queries
• Strong English communication skills
• Proven ability to drive video/zoom calls and resolve issues directly with stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple internal stakeholder teams
• Organized
