Hiring For Business System Lead - US Shift

Role & responsibilities :

Business System Lead:

Run-The-Business Support lead

- Assist with building production support team covering primary platforms - Salesforce, NetSuite - other applications will come into scope of the team and will provide a list of applications to build the team

Incident Management & Troubleshooting:

- Lead the team in troubleshooting and resolving high-priority production incidents, ensuring minimal system downtime and disruption to business operations.

System Monitoring & Health Checks:

- Oversee the monitoring of production systems and infrastructure, ensuring they operate at peak performance and reliability.

Root Cause Analysis & Problem Management:

- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and ensure follow-up actions are taken to prevent recurrence.

- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:

- Maintain detailed documentation of production incidents, resolutions, and known issues to build an internal knowledge base.

- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

- Work closely with Development, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth handoffs between development and production support.

- Communication Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
