Hiring For Data Governance Manager- US Shift

Role & responsibilities :

JD: DATA GOVERNANCE

• SQL, Python, GCP, BigQuery, DBT, Databricks/Informatica
• Manage the organizations data assets throughout their lifecycle
• Run the day-to-day gov workflows including monitoring compliance
• Enforce single source of truth/golden record for data assets - prevent data sprawl, silos, dups
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness
• Drive data’s quality, visibility, security and compliance capabilities across the organization.
• Safeguard data from unauthorized access, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Implementing controls.
• Drive data democratization;
  help data consumers find high-quality data quickly, promoting a better understanding of the data’s meaning and context.
• Implement data catalog
  trace data lineage, enforce data quality dimensions, and track changes (audit log)
• Data classification (risk level, importance, protect at scale) security/access including its auditing
• Drive transparent data lineage, ownership.
