Essential Duties and Responsibilities Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and servers. Managing network servers and technology tools. Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure. Setting up accounts and workstations. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues. Providing technical support and guidance to users. Upgrading systems with new releases and models Developing and maintaining system recovery protocol in the event of data loss. Implementing and enforcing security protocols and backup strategies Maintaining internal documentation about system configurations, maintenance, and upgrades. Assess system performance and recommend improvements Attending and resolving all kind of Network, Software and Hardware issues reported by employees. Responsible to work on Bid desk and supporting through email. Education / Experience Requirement Graduate degree required. Accounting degree is preferable. Degree with 1 year experience is also acceptable. Previous experience is not mandatory, but highly preferred. Specific Skills Required Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role. Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management. Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms. Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and capable of learning and using company proprietary software programs and vendor supplied pricing programs. Work Environment Work is performed in an air-conditioned office environment with other team members.
