Senior Team Member

Role & responsibilities • Coordinate, plan with Shift in charge and arrange incoming raw material to ensure availability of raw material on time for production. • Inspect the incoming raw material for different type of flake & Handling of contract manpower for bag transfer/Charging. • Collection of waste and weighing of all generated waste. • Cooperating with shift in-charge for machine operation. • Cleaning of Machines Air filters, Bag filter, classifier mesh, R.M silo. • Vacuum port/Filter Cleaning on timely. • Pellet Strand cutting and cutter startup, chips cutting and visually chips inspection and online sampling. • Preparing packing bags/Product card tagging etc. • Melt screen Mesh /Filter changeover after cycle completion. • Maintaining 5S in plant

Preferred candidate profile Proven experience as a machine operator • Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.) • Understanding of production procedures • Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear) • Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals • Analytical skills • Teamwork and communication skills • Physical stamina and strength
