Inside Sales Executive

An sales representative, is responsible for sells products to customers from an office via phone or online.

Their responsibilities include:

• Finding new customers - Using industry directories, mailing lists, and cold calls to identify new sales opportunities
• Researching potential customers - Gathering information about a customer's business needs, annual revenue, and current suppliers to create a personalized pitch
• Building relationships - Answering customer questions, resolving concerns, and making follow-up calls to encourage purchases
• Negotiating sales terms - Working with customers to determine the discount, after-sale service, or customized sales package
• Collaborating with the sales team - Directing online leads to sales executives and communicating with marketing partners
• Maintaining records - Keeping up to date with customer and sales records, and maintaining a prospect database
• Staying informed - Keeping up with product and service updates, as well as competitor offers
• Setting and meeting sales goals - Working to achieve sales quotas and improve sales skills
