Oracle Accounting Specialist

Job Title: Oracle Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare the accounting entries in the oracle with zero error.
2. Uploading of the vendor invoices in the oracle and proper mapping of the GST and TDS in oracle.
3. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
5. Manage and oversee the processing of invoices and vendor payments in Oracle.
6. Monitor accounts receivable, prepare aging reports, and ensure timely collections.
7. Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
8. Assist in developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures.
9. Perform periodic reconciliation of customer and vendor ledgers to ensure accuracy in financial records.
10. Maintain knowledge of accounting databases and uphold meticulous record-keeping standards.
11. Knowledge of exceptional reports in the Oracle Netsuite

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle NetSuite.
• Excellent understanding of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
