Stecol - Regional Manager - Sales & Marketing - TMT (12-14 yrs)

1) Ensure generation of sales / leads in accordance to annual / monthly sales business plan.

3) Generate leads for project sales in co-ordination with central / regional sales team.

4) Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.

5) Applying for approval of Essar TMT in projects in respective regions.

6) Tying up and building with new distributors and Dealers across the region.

7) Monitoring of complaints raised by distributors / dealers and ensure that the complaints are resolved in a timely manner.

8) Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

9) Co-coordinating with finance team for approval of Bank Guarantee for some customers.

10) Familiar with regional language.
