Mass Balance Specialist

Overview: The ideal candidate should have minimum 3 years working experience in refinery or petrochemical companies , specifically in Production Accounting or Tank Farm Operations Division. Through active participation, recommend actions and manage Mass balance data to ensure the optimum use of resources. Manage the database and produce monthly reports of each production facilities. Manage and maintain the company's records of well diagrams with the Productions, and ensure updated changes are captured in a timely manner. Team development, System development.

Requirements:

• Industry Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of refinery and petrochemical plant configurations, blending operations, and product distribution.
• Production Accounting Expertise:
• Familiarity with typical Production Accounting business processes, functional requirements, Fit-Gap analysis, vendor selection process, and integration with other applications.
• Proficiency in data visualization related to Production Accounting.
• Prepares internal and external daily and monthly management production reports ensuring required report quality is achieved and report is issued in an effective and timely manner.
• Prepare various ad hoc reports related to hydrocarbon deliveries and inventory.
• Undertakes daily analysis of production, highlighting production loss and identifying production optimization opportunities.
• Maintains database and prepares report for deferment analysis, plant production opportunity losses and related statistics.
• Training and Upskilling:

• Ability to train and upskill resources on Production Accounting.
• Provides opportunities for training and development of employees under his direction and assesses their progress.

• Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Refinery/Petrochemicals Production Accounting tools such as Aspen AORA (Advisor), Sigmafine, Error Solver, and Honeywell PAR.
