Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify and pursue business opportunities in global and domestic markets.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive repeat business.
Develop and execute strategies to win large international projects.
Tender Management:
Research, identify, and respond to relevant tenders in the digital marketing domain.
Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and documentation for tenders and pitches.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders.
Sales Execution:
Conduct thorough client needs analysis to tailor solutions that align with their goals.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Maintain a sales pipeline and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in digital marketing.
Provide feedback to the team on market demands to refine service offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services that meet or exceed client expectations.
