We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Lead Product Designer who can dive deep into complex problem areas, align stakeholders, and deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have the technical acumen to understand the nuances of our industry, lead projects independently, and mentor other designers to elevate the overall design function. Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership:
Lead the end-to-end design process for key projects, from discovery to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Problem Solving:
Dive deep into user pain points, define problems clearly, and develop innovative and practical solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and technically feasible.

Mentorship:
Guide and support other designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Stakeholder Alignment:
Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders, building consensus and driving alignment across teams.

User Research and Testing:
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.

Design System Contribution:
Enhance and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.

Industry Expertise:
Stay informed about trends in MDM, DevOps, IoT, and device management to bring fresh perspectives to the design process.

What We re Looking For

Experience:
5-7 years of product design experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.

Hands-On Expertise:
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, and other design tools, and capable of producing high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.

Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong ability to identify and address user and business challenges effectively.

Technical Acumen:
Familiarity with the technical aspects of MDM, IoT, or DevOps industries.

Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.

Adaptability:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.

Nice to Have

Experience designing for enterprise or SaaS platforms.

Knowledge of design systems and best practices for scalability.

Familiarity with IoT ecosystems or device-side solutions.

Experience conducting workshops or design sprints with cross-functional teams.

Exposure to front-end development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) or basic coding skills.
