Team Lead Admin and Rent Collection will oversee the administrative and rent collection teams to ensure seamless office operations and efficient rent collection processes. The ideal candidate will manage team performance, address tenant concerns, and ensure adherence to company policies, contributing to FnF Coliving's operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management and Leadership:

• Supervise and lead the admin and rent collection team, ensuring optimal performance.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to achieve team goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and organize skill enhancement training.

2. Rent Collection Oversight:

• Manage the rent collection process, ensuring all payments are timely and accurate.
• Address and resolve rent-related discrepancies and issues.
• Develop strategies to minimize late payments and improve collection efficiency.

3. Administrative Coordination:

• Oversee office administration tasks, including maintaining records, contracts, and tenant information.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of operational workflows and processes.
• Manage the processing of invoices, receipts, and documentation related to rent collection.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare detailed reports on rent collection performance and administrative activities.
• Provide data-driven insights to support operational improvements.
• Present regular updates to the Operations Manager and senior management.

5. Tenant Interaction and Support:

• Serve as a point of contact for tenant inquiries regarding rent and administrative matters.
• Handle escalations professionally and work to resolve tenant concerns promptly.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to enhance their living experience.

6. Compliance and Policy Adherence:
