Role & responsibilities
- Buying based on stocking plan / Demand
- Analyze the critical shortage report and assign the shortages to appropriate personal to act
- Invoice Discrepancy - Work with Buyers /suppliers and accounting to resolve any issues with invoices
- Lead Time update Works with suppliers on regular basis to get their updated lead times & update in ERP system.
- Sending emails to all Suppliers where PO status is not received as per stimulated timeframe & get updates
