About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in US Healthcare RCM, Payer/Provider, and Insurance domains. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and documentation skills, with a proven ability to analyze and translate business requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows within the US Healthcare RCM, Payer/Provider, and Insurance domains.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirement Gathering and Documentation:
Engage with stakeholders to gather and define detailed business requirements.
Develop comprehensive documentation like Process Definition Documents (PDD), including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories.
Workforce CRM:
Leverage your expertise in workforce CRM systems to manage and optimize customer relationships and interactions.
Provide insights and recommendations based on CRM data analysis to improve workforce management and customer satisfaction.
Communication and Collaboration:
Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences clearly and concisely.

Qualifications: Graduate
Experience:
4 to 5 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, Payer/Provider, and Insurance sectors.
Proven experience with workforce CRM and Automation systems.
Skills:
Strong business analysis skills with the ability to understand and document complex business processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in creating clear and concise documentation, including requirements specifications and process diagrams.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM tools and software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and other relevant business analysis tools.
Other Requirements:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the US Healthcare sector is a plus.
Basic understanding on RCM Knowledge Process like Insurance Verification, Claims Submissions, Accounts Receivables and Payment Postings.
