Job Description
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
- Lead and drive sales in the salon market, developing strategies to achieve business growth.
- Build and manage strong retail distribution networks to expand market reach.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with salon partners, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement sales plans, promotional activities, and training programs for salon professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless product availability and brand visibility.
- Conduct sales performance analysis and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Support the recruitment, training, and mentoring of the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support to maintain long-term business relationships.
- Experience: 6-10 years of sales experience in FMCG/Cosmetics, preferably in the salon market.
- Qualification: Graduation / Post-Graduation in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Preferred: Experience in handling salon professionals, distributors, and B2B sales.
