Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Installation Manager to oversee and manage the installation of elevators, escalators, and related equipment. The Installation Manager will lead a team of technicians and supervisors, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
   
• Plan, coordinate, and manage elevator installation projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor progress and address issues or delays promptly.
2. Team Leadership:
   
• Supervise installation teams, including technicians and subcontractors.
• Provide training and technical guidance to ensure high-quality work.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure team productivity.
3. Quality Assurance:
   
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
• Conduct final inspections and audits of completed projects.
• Address and resolve any quality or performance issues.
4. Client and Stakeholder Coordination:
   
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during installation projects.
• Communicate project updates, address client concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and service teams to meet client expectations.
5. Compliance and Safety:
   
• Ensure all installations comply with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Conduct risk assessments and address potential hazards proactively.
6. Resource Management:
   
• Manage inventory and logistics for installation materials and equipment.
• Optimize resource utilization to minimize project costs and delays.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in elevator installation or a similar industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems, installation processes, and safety standards.
• Proven project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.

Preferred:

• Experience working with industry-standard brands and equipment.
• Certifications in elevator safety or project management (e.g., PMP).

Work Environment:

• The role requires frequent site visits and interaction with on-site teams.
• May involve travel to multiple locations depending on project requirements.
