Job Description
- Source potential candidates through online channels (eg, LinkedIn, job portals, social media) and networking events
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct interviews, both telephonic and in-person, to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Proven track record of successfully filling IT positions within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close candidates
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
