ESG Data Assistant Manager - Team Lead

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our ESG Data team at ESG Book. This role is pivotal in contributing to our global growth in ESG, climate, and sustainability data. You will manage a team of 8-10 members and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, evaluate, and develop team performance.
• Monitor and report on operational targets.
• Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate training programs.
• Oversee ESG and climate data collection and maintain data quality.
• Perform quality checks of ESG assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and other support functions.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in ESG ratings and data management.
• In-depth knowledge of key ESG issues and trends.
• Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Willingness to embrace new challenges and learn continuously.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite.
