Eligibility:
General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and update the general ledger on a regular basis, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement). Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee and process invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring timely and accurate posting of transactions. Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations, resolving any discrepancies. Tax Compliance: Assist with tax filings (e.g., VAT, corporate taxes) and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations. Budgeting & Forecasting: Help in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis, providing insights into the companys financial health. Audit Support: Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial transactions. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes. Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to minimize risk and maintain the integrity of financial data. Financial System Management: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting software and systems.
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 1 Year to 2Year.
