Field Engineer (CCTV)

Role & responsibilities

• Installation, and Onsite Support for CCTV, ACS and other ELV Products.
• Understand the solution offered to the client and prepare prerequisites for project installation/ execution.
• Responsible for project execution till handover and training to the site staff.
• Coordination with vendors and clients to ensure the project is installed in line with customer expectations in terms of timelines and quality.
• To provide remote and onsite support to the existing project team and have ready for the traveling for work.
• You should be able to generate documentation and report related to project execution, inventory details, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Active Networking

a) Should have installation knowledge of Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Wireless AP etc.

• Passive Networking

a) Should have knowledge of Structured Cabling (Fiber, Copper, Power) and Accessories

b) Should have the capability of installation of Rack, Control Panels, Junction Boxes, etc.

c) Should have knowledge of the selection of Accessories like Poles and Mounting Brackets for Cameras, ACS Readers, FAS, PA, and other ELV Products

• Solutions

a) You should have hands-on installation experience with IP Cameras, Access Control Systems (Including Readers, Locks, BGU, Door Sensors, Exit Switch) Fire Alarm Systems (Including Smoke Detector, Heat Detector, Hooter, etc.), PA Systems, Intrusion panels (Including Motion Detector, Contact Sensor, Seismic Sensor, etc.), and other ELV Products

b) Should have Installation experience in Physical Security equipment like Boom barriers, Pedestrian Barriers (Flap, Tripods, etc.)

c) knowledge of Video Management Software will be preferred

d) Should have installation knowledge of Server, workstation, display, and storage devices
