Job description

1- Delivering Classroom Training Program of untrained field force through Centralized Training Program (CTP) / (Refresher Training Program) RTP

2- Enhancing overall in-Clinic capability and coaching skill of field force through On-the Job training.

3- Complete leverage of LMS (Learning Management System), which includes regular monitoring (% field force completed the LMS)/ Creation, deployment of leveraging training material/ courses/ quizzes etc. in LMS

4- Post Training Feedback assignment 30-60-90 days to derive the learning sustainability post training program

5- Conducting online training Region wise/ brand wise on regular basis to enhance overall product knowledge of the field force.

6- Telephonic discussions with new joiner to understand to understand their challenges and providing solution & needed support.

7- Preparation of training reports within 2-3 days of training program, and sharing with relevant stakeholder, and gathering feedback for better alignment and effectiveness.

8- Establishing and monitoring the training metrics of learning progression, behavioral improvement, and results etc.

9- Designing and developing training programs, materials, and resources based on identified needs. This may include creating training modules, instructional guides, e-learning courses, and other training materials.

10- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback, conducting assessments, and measuring outcomes. his may involve analysing training data, conducting post-training assessments, and adjusting training programs based on feedback and results.

11- Collective discussion with medical, marketing and training over the current initiatives for better alignment.
