Supplier Performance Manager

Join us at Ericsson as a Service Integration Manager. In this critical role, you will coordinate, orchestrate, and integrate IT Services to achieve our desired business outcomes while working with both internal and external service providers. You will also act as a scenario bridging between the business and the service providers, managing operational risk, ensuring contractual compliance, and maintaining oversight of service management practices.

- Manage relationships within Ericsson and oversee activities stated in cross-departmental agreements.

- Provide expertise in product / solution / technology / services / platform architecture for roadmap and strategy initiatives.

- Address and manage service related escalations.

- Coordinate service deliveries with suppliers and develop physical solution/system architecture focused on reusability.

- Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.

- Develop and maintain domain architecture transition plans/roadmaps, ensuring consistency with business, information, and technology.
