Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including compliance
with statutory deductions and reporting.

• HR Compliance: Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies, handling audits
  and documentation.
• HR Systems & Data Management: Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for
  accurate employee data tracking and reporting.
• Employee Engagement Support: Collaborate on engagement programs, welfare initiatives,
  and feedback mechanisms.
• Policy Implementation: Communicate and enforce HR policies while ensuring consistent
  application across teams.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and organize employee files, contracts, and HR documentation for audits and legal purposes.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for payroll, benefits administration, and other HR services.

Experience • 5-7 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.

• Proven experience managing payroll, compliance, and HR systems.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.

Skills • Excellent organizational and process management skills.

• Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
