Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us design user experiences for our cloud-based retail management products and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both UI and UX design, with experience in designing user interfaces for SaaS, mobile apps, and websites. The candidate will work closely with our development team to ensure that the user interface design aligns with functional requirements and provides an intuitive and enjoyable user experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
Create design specifications and guidelines to ensure a consistent and high-quality design throughout our software.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable feedback and insights on design concepts and solutions.
Continuously iterate and refine design solutions based on our customer feedback, testing, and industry trends.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs that meet design specifications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, best practices, and technologies.
Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high-fidelity prototypes.

Skills & Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role
Proficiency in design principles and UX principles
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with user research, usability testing, and user testing methodologies
Bachelor s degree in any stream, along with professional courses in UI/UX
Proficient in designing applications for web, mobile, and tablet platforms
