PHP Developer - Laravel Framework (2-4 yrs)

Job Description :

- Lead a team of PHP Laravel developers to deliver high-quality web applications.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Software Test Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance.

- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications using PHP Laravel framework.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, including code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and company policies.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in web development and implement best practices within the team.

- Communicate effectively with team members, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, discuss technical solutions, and address any concerns.

Skills Required :

- Expertise in PHP and Laravel : The candidate should have a strong command of PHP programming language and extensive experience with Laravel framework.

- Leadership Abilities : Ability to lead a team of developers, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively.

- Problem-solving Skills : Capable of identifying and resolving technical issues and providing guidance to team members.

Experience Required :

- Project Management Experience : Experience in managing projects from conception to delivery, including planning, execution, and deployment.
