Marketing/ Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new patients and maximize revenue generation.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and gynecologists to generate patient referrals.
  
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and presentation skills.

• Provide detailed information to potential patients about IVF procedures, costs, success rates, and treatment protocols.
  
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer engagement, and closing deals.
  
• Conduct patient consultations and coordinate with medical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing management.

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or fertility industry
• Strong understanding of IVF procedures, treatment options, and related medical terminology
• Ability to build rapport with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, time management, leadership, interpersonal skills.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
