Job Description

The associate will be supporting the AMRS REITs team that is further divided into sub-teams each for Office & Industrial, Residential & Healthcare, Retail, Self-Storage and Triple Net REITs.The role involves updating the financial models, updating industry databases and contributing to the team s research reports.
Key tasks and responsibilities
  • Keep the team abreast of the latest events happening in the company and industry
  • Update financial models for earnings and events
  • Update sector databases in excel
  • Contribute to various publications of the team including initiations and earnings notes
  • Provide data and analysis based on various client requests
Skill sets required
Financial Modeling Basic Report writing
Accounting knowledge
Bloomberg
Advanced Excel skills - charts / formulae Excellent Communication Preferred educational qualification
MBA or equivalent / CA / CFA
