Job Description
Position Title: Packaging Development Engineer (Full Time)
Project duration: The project is confirmed for 3 months with possibility of extension.
This role is on a remote support basis with travel as needed.
Job Description:
- Manage and execute packaging innovation and productivity projects.
- Manage Innovation Project from concept through commercialization and retail shelves.
- Work with internal customers to commercialize packaging designs and concepts.
- Represent packaging in cross functional team meetings to develop and implement new packaging and packaging changes to realize cost savings
- Develop prototype for new products
- Conduct line trials
- Conduct lab testing
- Develop packaging specifications
BS in Packaging or related fields
3-5 years minimum experience in Packaging R&D for CPG companies specializing in cleaning products.
Good communication skills both oral and written
