Key skills for the job
Role & responsibilities
1. Training Delivery:
Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Tally software, covering topics such as accounting fundamentals, inventory management, GST, payroll, and financial reporting.
Deliver both theoretical and practical training to enhance students' understanding and proficiency in using Tally.
2. Curriculum Implementation:
Follow the prescribed curriculum and ensure the training aligns with industry standards and best practices.
Regularly update the training material to reflect new features or updates in Tally software.
3. Student Assessment and Feedback
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding of Tally concepts.
Provide constructive feedback to students, addressing their queries and helping them improve.
4. Classroom Facilitation:
Create an engaging and interactive learning environment through discussions, problem-solving exercises, and practical demonstrations.
Encourage active participation and clarify doubts effectively.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessment results, and training progress. Prepare and submit detailed reports on training outcomes to the Centre Manager.
6. Support for Placement Activities:
Collaborate with the Placement Coordinator to prepare students for roles requiring Tally expertise.
Guide students on how to apply their skills in job scenarios, including resume preparation and interview tips.
7. Resource Management:
Ensure the availability and proper functioning of systems and software for training.
Notify the Centre Manager of any technical issues or resource requirements.
