About:

- Our company is currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our company which is listed in the NSE Stock Exchange.

- The chosen candidate should possess the ability to manage the entities listed in Indian Stock Exchanges.

- The candidate will be responsible for taking on a leadership role in financial decision-making that affects our company as well as our group entities, and will provide strategic financial input to senior management.

The CFO should be familiar with:

- Develop and manage Investor relations

- Handling Cross Border Transaction

- Handling Analyst calls

- Fund raising ability is a must

Good relationship with:

- Investment Bankers

- Merchant Bankers

- IPO/Preferential issue experience

- Well versed with SEBI compliance

- Good relationship with capital market related funds at decision making level

- Work will be mostly with investors. CFO to bring contacts. In addition a good connection of investors will be given globally.

Top 3 things that the incumbent should have done in the past :

- Fund Raise

- Handled IPO/FPO & Reverse Merger

- Analyst Relationship

Qualification & Requirement:

- MBA in finance/accounting, CA/CFA/CPA or equivalent experience.

- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Capital Markets

- Must have signed Rs 1000 cr or above balance sheets in the last 5 years

- Proficiency with accounting software, word processing, and spreadsheets.
