Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified domestic staff candidates.

Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, and referrals, to reach a diverse pool of candidates.

Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on relevant qualifications and experience.

Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles, including evaluating their skills, experience, and personality traits.

Use a variety of interview techniques, such as behavioral and situational questions, to gain insights into candidates' capabilities.

Make informed hiring decisions by considering factors such as candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and client preferences.

Proven experience in domestic staffing or recruitment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
