Overview Cisco Call Manager and Microsoft Team , not looking for highly technical person but experience of 1 to 2 years is fine. 2. Basic knowledge of Networking. 3. Experience on Video device such as Cisco or Polycom is added advantage 4. Person working with Call Center providing technical support will do. Responsibilities Responsible for resolving technical issues and fulfilling IT requests via established communication channels like Service Now, Skype for Business/MS Teams or Email or any other trusted channel within established SLAs. Updating tickets to provide accurate status of the issue with the user and keeping them informed on the progress. Documenting known issues and their resolutions for rest of the team. To ensure the infrastructure is appropriately monitored and alerts reacted to and escalated when required. Engaging Senior Telecom Engineer as an escalation point if the issue is not resolved in stipulated time before engaging Regional or Global Architects. Responsible for adhering to existing established processes for Incident Management, Change Management. Ensuring changes are being reviewed by Senior Telecom Engineer before a change is implemented. Fulfilling the objectives of company related to Telecom and Video. Qualifications Graduate with 3yrs regular degree
