Senior Developer

What you'll do:

As a Full Stack Web Developer on the A&I team, you will play a key role in developing innovative, custom web-based tools that address business challenges and improve efficiency for our internal teams.

Youll engage in all aspects of the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, systems monitoring, and support. • Design and implement high-quality applications for internal users.
• Write performant, maintainable code that adheres to team standards and best practices.
• Maintain and enhance existing software solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving performance issues.
• Collaborate with other engineers to plan, prioritize, and develop deliverables within project timelines.

What you'll need:

• A strong candidate for this position will possess the following skills:
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7-9 years of experience in developing and successfully deploying software applications, or a strong technical background.
• Experience developing data-driven web applications with a solid understanding of HTTP, XML, JSON, and related web technologies.
• Proficiency in working with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, RxJS, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in UI design, with the ability to develop intuitive and streamlined UX using modern UI libraries and custom components.
• Experience with Node.js and backend JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS) is a plus.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Fundamental knowledge of relational databases and the ability to write SQL queries (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.).
• Experience working in Linux environments (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Familiarity with Docker and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Perl, PHP) is a plus.
• Ability to work across a broad range of products and environments, managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a creative approach to solving complex problems.
