Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership - Oversee and manage financial operations, including profit and loss accountability for all three SBUs.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive profitability and long term growth.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to guide critical financial decisions, including cost-saving initiatives and investments.

- Financial Planning and Analysis - Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for each business unit.

- Consolidate financial statements and performance reports across all SBUs for holistic business insights.

- Conduct variance analysis to monitor and control expenses.

- Provide actionable insights through in-depth financial reports and dashboards.

- Compliance and Risk Management - Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and adherence to statutory regulations.

- Oversee audits, financial reporting, and internal controls to minimize risks.

- Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.

- Operational Efficiency - Streamline accounting processes, introduce automation tools, and reduce manual tasks.

- Supervise and mentor the finance team, including the accounts team and tax specialists.

- Implement and oversee efficient cash flow management and working capital strategies.

- Fundraising and Investor Relations - Identify and secure low-cost funding opportunities.

- Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
