The role in a gist:
As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem! The incumbent will collaborate across departments to identify key growth levers, launch new products, and drive company-wide initiatives such as OKRs and NPS. This role is pivotal in shaping our growth trajectory and working closely with senior leadership to implement impactful strategies.

What you will work on:
- Partner and collaborate with various departments viz product, marketing, sales, and operations to identify the blindspots and improve and enhance profitability.
- Identify and implement growth levers, including cross-selling opportunities and cost reduction initiatives, to optimize business efficiency.
- Conduct industry and competitive research for strategic benchmarking, understand market trends, and identify emerging opportunities.
- Design and lead pilot programs for new products, testing hypotheses to ensure scalability and commercial viability.
- Oversee organizational initiatives like OKRs to align with business objectives.
The ideal candidate:
- Ability to deconstruct complex problems to identify innovative solutions
- Independent and critical thinker, challenging assumptions and proposing original ideas
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, with expertise in Excel for financial modeling and insights generation
- Experience in building and analyzing performance dashboards, metrics, and models
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to drive structured discussions and planning across departments
Qualification and Experience:
- Tier 1 Engineering College
- 1-3 years of experience in a strategy-related role, ideally within consulting, or financial services
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with senior leadership
