Job Description
This position will be based in our India Technology Center, located in Bangalore, India. You would be part of the Retail team under Product engineering working with On-Prem and Cloud based applications. You would be in a critical role coordinating with external and internal stakeholders to understand and enhance an enterprise application. If you re passionate about providing new features to customers, deeply curious about finding solutions to new challenges and perfecting the product development of our visionary Epicor product suite, you could be the perfect fit for this role.
What Youll Do
- Develop features and functionalities to an enterprise application.
- Build tools to support and monitor the application.
- Maintain, refine, and troubleshoot challenges with existing software to make sure it s up to code.
- May work with cross functional teams and provide inputs for other products.
- Stay on track by following best practices and established processes for large, complex projects.
- Suggest improvements and enhancements to the product based on data and revenue foresights.
What you will need to succeed:
- Experience in enterprise application development in VB6
- Ability to learn new technology and industries quickly.
- Attention to detail. Mentorship skills.
- Joy for learning new technologies.
- Complex problem-solving skills. Analytical thinking skills
What Set You Apart:
- Experience on Perl, PHP, Python would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Jenkins, GIT, Jira
Qualifications
- 5+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- 2+ years of specialized/industry experience.
- Bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience).
