Senior Project Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Administrator to provide operational analysis, process optimization, and high-level support to leadership teams. This role involves preparing strategic reports, managing budgets, and ensuring effective communication across organizational levels to drive successful project outcomes.

• Generate operational analysis and reporting to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Prepare monthly dashboards and Management Information (MI) with detailed analysis and commentary to aid decision-making
• Track and manage Partnership budgets, including overall budget and funding allocations
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, providing actionable operational insights
• Identify and implement process efficiencies to improve Business Operations
• Ensure transparency and clarity in project and operational information
• Support Program Delivery and Management processes, maintaining visibility of portfolio health
• Build and maintain a network of key contacts across the organization for informed forecasting and planning
• Produce bespoke reports to support special initiatives or reviews
• Organize and prepare materials for leadership meetings, including agendas and action follow-ups
• Coordinate logistics for workshops, Town Halls, and other events

• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in project administration or operations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel functions, including process automation
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to advise senior leadership
• Proactive approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Expertise in budget management, demand forecasting, and resource reporting
• Solid understanding of formal project management methodologies, project planning, and financial/resource management
• Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite with a readiness to learn new tools quickly
• Exceptional documentation skills with experience creating high-quality steering committee materials
• B2+ English proficiency level
