Business Analyst - EIS

We are seeking a Business Analyst - EIS who will play a crucial role in documenting and recommending solutions within the EIS application suite, ensuring best practices and optimizing business processes.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business analysis, coupled with extensive knowledge of EIS Suite software. This position involves collaboration with clients and various teams to support and enhance business activities through effective requirement specifications.

• Work with client staff, onshore/offshore delivery resources, and management to document business cases and solutions
• Create requirement specifications for EIS application suite in one or more functional areas
• Document business process specifications and functional requirements and communicate them to the delivery team
• Advise clients on maximizing EIS Suite functionality to minimize the need for customization
• Support the documentation of all business activities
• Perform business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Produce business analysis artifacts independently and handle other requirements-related tasks
• Manage task assignments and proactively suggest solutions and improvements
• Support and collaborate with less experienced BA colleagues, development, and QA teams
• Escalate issues to senior or lead business analyst when necessary
• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients both in writing and verbally
• Lead requirements gathering, clarification, and sign-off sessions with clients
• Provide recommendations for improving business requirements gathering processes

• 3 to 5 years of related experience
• Proficiency in BA documentation and artifacts
• Competency in EIS Suite applications including EIS PolicyCore v12, EIS PolicyCore v20, and EIS Rating v20
• Background in documenting business process specifications and functional requirements
• Ability to advise on EIS Suite functionality
• Capability to manage tasks independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in leading business analysis activities for complex projects or workstreams
